Sales Representative / Business Development Representative – B2B
Responsibilities
- Get the sale by using various customer sales methods, cold calling, presentations, and in-person/virtual networking events.
- Secure sales opportunities, develop strategies, present proposals and close new clients.
- Increase income and revenue through customer management and negotiations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Track leads through the sales process to completion.
- Ensure all on-boarding documentation is completed correctly and received in a timely manner.
- Willingness to learn terms needed to sell website and digital marketing products.
Skills
- Good understanding of computers, software, social media, use of Google search
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and results driven.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and a high energy level
- Self-starter with motivation to improve constantly and meet long and short term goals.
Compensation

Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
- Based in NJ, but remote and on the road

Part-Time Marketing Assistant (10-15 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Assist with ongoing client and internal marketing campaigns.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the agency’s activities.
- Communicate directly with clients and prospects for monthly marketing updates, project feedback, proposal follow-ups and encourage trusting relationships.
- Supporting marketing leadership in organizing various projects.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical information.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
- Prepare PowerPoint promotional presentations or proposals.
Skills
- Good understanding of computers, MS Office, social media, use of Google search.
- Good understanding of office management.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
